Pomp and Circumstance Proliferates

While Helping Paws is preparing for their upcoming graduation, I took some time out to attend a very special one of my own. My son, Ben, graduated from the University of Illinois on Sunday with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. There will be no resting on laurels for him, however. He received a full research stipend for his Master's program with funding beginning immediately. His research will focus on the use of solar energy to purify water. Is that cool, or what!
