Pass Master

Belle and I are pleased to announce that Belle successfully completed her public access test yesterday. The test was held at Southdale Mall and is intended to "ensure that dogs who have public access are stable, well-behaved, and unobtrusive to the public". This test is a requirement for all service dogs placed by Helping Paws dogs regardless of whether they are placed with a client or are part of a demonstration team. Belle and I thank all the Helping Paws examiners and volunteers who participated in yesterday's test.

Hey Ms. Belle,
Congratulations on successfully completing the public access test, so you're a P.A.T. master. Service dogs and working dogs have a much harder life than us moochers. Our blog buddy Clive is a service dog for an autistic boy in Dublin, Ireland. He's an Irish Guide Dog labradoodle. Our sissy is a policeman and she has a working dog, Aldo, who sniffs out explosives. He's a golden retrieve like you. Anyway, we came calling because we are on a quest and you may be able to help us. We are trying to get guest book signatures from all 50 states and we still need Minnesota. So if it's not too much trouble, could you please stop by our blog (http://bumpasshounds.blogspot.com) and sign our book. We would be most appreciative.
